Q: How do I buy photos online?

A: When you locate a photograph you wish to purchase from the gallery, click on the 'Shopping Cart' logo button on the lower right hand side of the image currently being viewed. This opens the selected item in your shopping cart. Here, you can select the size, quantity and type of product (i.e. 8 X 10 print), and then click 'Add to Cart'. To select more items using the same image, click the 'Add Item', or 'Back to Album' to select a different image. Once you have finished making your selections, click the 'Check Out' button, which takes you to the customer information page. After adding your name, mailing and contact details, select the 'PayPal Order' button. which will take you through to the secure PayPal portal. You do not need to have a PayPal account to pay by credit card (if you do you know the drill). Paypal is a fast, easy and secure procedure. Once you have carried out the transaction your order will usually be forwarded to us in around five minutes. You should expect to receive a confirmation email shortly after, and your selected items should be in your mail box within 3 to 5 working days.

Q: How do I buy photos if I don't want to buy online?

We will contact you as soon as we recieve your order and confirm your purchase, and notify you of payment option details. You should expect to receive your selected items within aprox. 3 to 5 working days after we confirm receipt of your payment.

Q: Where are the photographs printed, and how do I get them?

A: We use a high quality profesional photo printing service. Orders are processed and dispatched to us first to ensure 100% satisfaction. All photographs are well packaged to minimise the likelyhood of damage from rough postal handling and damage from wet weather, and are posted to your selected address.

Q: Do you guarantee the quality of your photographs?

A: Yes! We won't place a photograph for sale on this website unless we believe it is of sufficient quality. Any image adjustments or enhancements will be performed by us prior to the file being released to our printing service. Of course if you are unhappy, just notify us within seven days of receiving the item/s, and if we are unable to come to an agreeable solution, just return the photographs to us and we will refund the full purchase price, including the initial postage cost.

Q: Do you give discounts for orders of multiple photographs or items?

A: Yes! We have a discount scale meaning the more you buy, the bigger the savings.

5 to 9 items = 10% discount, 10 to 19 items = 15% discount, 20 or more items = 20% discount.

This discount is applied automatically within the shopping cart in the online shop and applies to identical items, or a mix of different items - the choice is yours.

Q: Why don't I see my photographs in any of the albums?

A: If the event was within the last few days, chances are we are still in the process of updating the image galleries. This can take some time, sometimes up to a week. Of course if you are a regular visitor to Barracuda Photography, you should always clear your browser's cache (memory) to ensure you are viewing the most up-to-date version of the page.
